CPR and Defibrillator Training
At NARS we are committed to improving the chances of survival for someone in cardiac arrest across Norfolk. NARS would like to train as many of the Norfolk community as possible with our free CPR and defibrillator training.
Action in the first few minutes of a cardiac arrest is vital.

CPR Training Courses
NARS has vowed to teach as many of the community as possible, ensuring they become confident to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
In the UK, the chance of survival from an out of hospital cardiac arrest is currently less than 10%. Early recognition, CPR and use of a defibrillator are vital in improving the survival outcome of patients across the county.
Anyone can learn how to recognise a cardiac arrest and provide CPR while using a defibrillator. Our one-hour course is taught by our experienced volunteers and will teach you these simple but lifesaving skills.
If you have a local group, club or business that would like to learn this life-saving skill, contact us and we will be happy to provide this training for you at your venue or join one of our CPR sessions held at our HQ in Dereham.
