CPR and Defibrillator Training

Action in the first few minutes of a cardiac arrest is vital

NARS are committed to improving the chances of survival for someone in cardiac arrest across Norfolk. Join us at NARS HQ to learn this life-saving skill.

CPR and Defibrillator Training

In the UK, the chance of survival from an out of hospital cardiac arrest is currently less than 10%. Early recognition, CPR and use of a defibrillator are vital in improving the survival outcome of patients across the county.

Anyone can learn how to recognise a cardiac arrest and provide CPR while using a defibrillator. Our one-hour course is taught by our experienced volunteers and will teach you these simple but lifesaving skills.

Want to learn a life-saving skill? Get in touch to book one of our free sessions either at your venue or at our base here in Dereham.

Our training is provided free of charge, however donations are always very welcome as this helps us to continue offering this service.
